Area Planning Committee Meeting - September 28th at 4:30 PM
The Area Planning Committee Meeting regarding the proposed apartment
development for the Belmont Tunnel and Toluca Train Yard site has
been re-scheduled for Tuesday, September 28th at 4:30 PM 10th Floor
Hearing Room at the Los Angeles City Hall, 200 N. Spring Street, Los
Angeles, CA 90012. We will be the first item on the agenda. The
entrance to the building is on Main Street between 1st and Temple
Streets. There will be strict airport style security enforced when
entering the building. Bring I.D. Parking is very difficult in this
area, so arrive early. People wishing to speak regarding the
requested variances to the existing zone rules may speak for up to 2
minutes only if they fill out a speaker card. We need all the
support we can get at this meeitng, even if you do not want to
speak.
