Mehserles’ case will be heard on January 8, 2010 before Judge Robert Perry in Department 104 on the 9th Floor . the courtroom opens at 8:30 am.
Since there are no cameras allowed, Indymedia is asking people to please write a short report-back.
People will be allowed into the courtroom on a first served basis so be there by 7:30 am.
No cameras allowed.
For courtroom appearances, the following rules are enforced:
* Shirt and shoes are required in the courtroom.
* Tank tops and T-shirts are NOT allowed in the courtroom.
* Food, drinks, and gum chewing are NOT allowed in the courtroom.
* Weapons are NOT allowed in the courthouse.
* Pagers and cell phones must be turned off.
