WITHIN The Urban Woman Experience hosts a fashion show during Fashion Week in LA.

WITHIN The Urban Woman Experience multi media show during Fashion Week Spring 08 Collection Saturday October 13, 2007 from 4pm to 8pm, run way show from 6pm to 7pm happening at The Crash Mansion LA, 1024 S. Grand Ave. in Downtown LA.

The fashion show features all woman designers who focused their collection on what it means for them to be urban for the Spring 08 Collection. Designers include Orquidia Violeta, Araceli Silva, Fahmina, J. Tavera, Mimi Bogale, De La Luna designs, She Blooms, Freedom;s Elegy, Hazelshakti, and Nicole Ohayon. We will see beautiful dresses by Araceli Silva, Awesome urban fanny pack collection by Fahmina, and a collection of beautiful organic designs by Orquidia Violeta. Some Designs are one of a kind.

WITHIN The Urban Woman Experience multi media show will also feature art works by some of LAâ€™s upcoming woman urban artists such as Jeyd, Alfie Numeric, Timoi, Lilia Ramirez, Maria Moctezuma, Miss Pix, and more. We have four celebrated graffiti artists painting live in the patio. Toofly from New York is our featured graffiti artist. DJ Suprema One, DJ Lisa J, and DJ Julia will be entertaining our audience in the main room as well as our 21 and over plus VIP room. In addition we also have Hip Hop performances by Jroz, Fawksie, and more as well as an all woman band The Sirens and acoustic performance by Santa Cecilia. By selecting designers, artists, and musicians of diverse disciplines and status, this will prove to be an evening of explosive proportions, where the public will have a glimpse into the new direction fashion, art, music, and our youth culture is heading today.

WITHIN The Urban Woman Experience will be an unforgettable evening. Thus, prepare to immerse yourselves.

The show is open to the public, all ages with a VIP and 21 and over to drink lounge. The cover is $7 at the door or you may RSVP to get in free before 5pm or $5 after 5pm.
