 Insight 300seconds is an international film festival and contest that has been
running for three years. Simple: make a film about anything, make sure that
it is 300seconds or less(5min.) and submit it for a chance to win $10,000 for
first place, $5000 for second, $2500 for third and fourth place. The top ten
films will be premiered around the world...September 9th, 2006...the films will
